Leśne SPA is open daily from 10am – 10pm. If you wish to use the SPA outside the opening hours please contact hotel reception or front desk beforehand.
We recommend booking treatments a few days before their scheduled date.
In the absence of prior reservation there is no guarantee the treatment will go ahead.
Please arrive at the SPA 10 minutes before your treatment starts in order to check in and fill out the health questionnaire.
The SPA is a special place designed for relaxation and tranquility.
Please:

• Do not use cell phones
• Do not smoke
• Do not consume alcoholic beverages
• Do not bring any glass packaging
• Do not jump into the SWIM SPA

Please also remain silent in the SPA as to not disturb the other guests.
The SPA is intended for adults only.
Children under 16 can stay in Leśne SPA only under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
With prior notification given at the reception desk, children can be provided with supervised activities whilst their parents undergo treatment
For those who have SPA treatments booked, we offer: a bathrobe, tunic, towel,
disposable flip-flops and underwear for the treatment.

Persons using only the Wellness Center (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath)
please bring: a towel, flip-flops and bath robe.

You can rent a towel for 2 PLN, bathrobe for 5 PLN or purchase
disposable flip-flops for 2 PLN.
No nudity is allowed in Leśne SPA!
Swimwear is mandatory at both the SWIM SPA (an intimate pool with a countercurrent) and Jacuzzi.
The Wellness Center is co-educational and the SPA is a common area for other guests undergoing treatments.
It is mandatory to wrap yourself in a towel during use of the sauna.
A swimsuit must be worn in the Jacuzzi and SWIM SPA.
In the case of being late to an appointment, the treatment will be shortened by the time that has been delayed.
Cancellation of the treatment should be made at least 4 hours before it starts.
By failure to provide notice of cancellation you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
